I&#39;m going to try them out some time. <br /><br />I was wondering... would it be easier if you just bake the bottom in the cupcake liners, but only fill to the top of the liner. Then pipe the &quot;tops&quot; on a cookie sheet. <br /><br />The middle won&#39;t be soft, but it could help from having cupcakes crumble when you cut them.
